Paid ads · South Shore, Massachusetts

More booked jobs for local trade businesses

I run Facebook, Instagram and Google Search ads for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing companies — so your phone rings with local customers who need the work done now.

First month of ad management is free. You pay ad spend straight to Google or Meta — it never goes through me. Month-to-month after that.

15 minutes, no slide deck. We'll go over your service area, the jobs you want more of, and whether paid ads make sense for your business.

The deal

Straight terms, no fine print

01

No long-term contract

Month to month. If it isn't working for you, you tell me and we stop.

02

You own the ad account

Ad spend goes on your card, straight to Google and Meta. It never passes through me, and the account stays yours.

03

First month free

My management fee is free for the first month so you can see how I work first. Ad spend is separate — that part you still pay.

04

$1,000/month minimum

That's the ad budget, not my fee. Below that there isn't enough traffic to tell what's working.

Why this matters

Word of mouth alone leaves money on the table

  • Referrals run hot and cold

One great month, then three slow weeks. You can't plan hiring, trucks or payroll around a phone that rings whenever it feels like it.

  • Slow seasons still cost you

Insurance, payments and payroll don't take a break because the calls stopped. The fixed costs keep running either way.

  • Whoever shows up first online gets the job

When a furnace quits or a pipe lets go, nobody asks around — they search, they call the first few results, and they book whoever picks up. Being the best in town doesn't help if they never see you.

How it works

Three steps, and two of them are mine

01

A 15-minute call

Your trade, the towns you cover, and the jobs you actually want more of — installs, service calls, commercial work, whatever pays best for you.

02

I build and launch the ads

Written, set up and running inside your own ad accounts, aimed at your service area and the work you told me you want. You don't have to touch anything.

03

The calls come to you

Leads go straight to your phone — not to me, not to a portal you have to log into. I watch what each lead is costing and adjust the ads every week.

Every month

What I'm actually doing with your budget

No mystery retainer. This is the work.

  • Writing and testing new ads, and killing the ones that don't pull.
  • Keeping the budget pointed at the services you want — not the low-ticket stuff you'd rather skip.
  • Cutting what's wasting money and putting more behind what's bringing calls.
  • Tracking what a lead is costing you, so you know if it's worth continuing.
  • A plain-English update on what's working. Not a 40-page report nobody reads.

Who it's for

Trades that run on phone calls

HVAC
Plumbing
Electrical
Roofing

Residential and commercial service work both. If you're a brand-new one-truck operation, I'm probably not your guy yet — ads work best once you can handle more calls than you're currently getting.

Who you're dealing with

It's me. That's the whole company.

I'm Max. I run this out of the South Shore and I work with a small number of local trade businesses, so each one actually gets attention. You'll always be talking to me — there's no account manager to get passed to.

I'll be straight with you: I'm newer at this than the big agencies, and that's exactly why the first month of management is free. You get to watch how I work and see real numbers before you pay me a dollar. If it's not pulling, you walk and you've lost nothing but the ad spend you controlled the whole time.

I'd rather tell you ads aren't a fit for your business on a 15-minute call than take your money for three months and waste both our time.

Questions

The stuff everyone asks

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. It's month to month. There's no 6- or 12-month lock-in — if you want to stop, you tell me and we stop at the end of the month.

Who pays for the ads?

You do, directly to Google and Meta, with your own card in your own ad account. The money never touches my hands. If we part ways, the account and everything built in it stays yours.

How fast will I see calls?

Honest answer: it depends on your budget, your trade and how competitive your area is. The first couple of weeks are testing — some ads will flop, and the whole point of that stretch is finding the ones that don't. I'm not going to promise you a number of leads, because anyone who does is guessing.

What's the minimum ad budget?

$1,000 a month in ad spend. That's not my fee — that's what goes to Google and Meta. Below that there isn't enough traffic coming through to tell what's working from what isn't, and we'd both just be guessing.

Do you work with commercial companies?

Yes. Residential and commercial service work both. Commercial usually means a longer sales cycle and fewer, bigger jobs, so we'd set the ads up differently — worth covering on the call.

Do I need all three platforms?

Probably not. Google Search catches people who are actively looking for your trade right now. Facebook and Instagram are better for getting in front of homeowners before anything breaks. Which ones make sense depends on your services, your area and your budget — that's part of what we figure out on the call.

What does it cost after the free month?

A flat monthly management fee, and what it is depends on your budget and how much there is to manage. We'll talk about the actual number on the call so you know it going in. No surprise invoice at the end of the free month.
